Orchestry AI Integrates with UltraSoftBIS to Enhance Sales Automation for Flexible Workspaces

UltraSoftBIS has announced its integration with Orchestry, bringing advanced AI-driven automation to the flexible workspace sector. This new collaboration leverages UltraSoftBIS’ robust CRM platform and Orchestry’s AI Agents to revolutionize the sales process, particularly during the pre-sales phase. The integration enables operators to fully automate lead handling for both direct and broker channels - including lead capture, duplicate detection, qualification, and conversion - all in real time, with zero manual effort.

In November 2024, UltraSoftBIS released a series of AI-related APIs designed to automate critical aspects of the sales process. These APIs enable Orchestry’s AI agents to query UltraSoft’s CRM system for real-time availability, pricing, and customer data.

Orchestry’s AI agents then engage with prospects over email or website chat, providing tailored responses and options based on their specific needs. Once the AI agent determines a potential match, it automatically sets up a viewing and hands the lead over to a human agent for further engagement.

“UltraSoft provides the foundation in the ecosystem in which we can plug in so we can work together to really automate that process,” said Momchil Andreev, CEO of Orchestry AI.

He also noted that while the typical operator tech stack can often be fragmented, Orchestry values its partnership and integration with UltraSoftBIS due to its comprehensive offering - combining both sales and operations through robust CRM, operations, and billing capabilities.

Orchestry focuses on deeply automating historically manual parts of the sales process - tasks traditionally handled by humans due to the fluid nature of sales. These include extracting lead details from emails, identifying which units to pitch, and handling varied (yet repetitive) questions. By automating this heavy lifting, Orchestry’s AI agents help central sales teams (1) boost conversion rates with instant responses to every inquiry, and (2) free up time to focus on higher-value activities.

Together, Orchestry and UltraSoftBIS aim to eliminate the burden of administrative tasks on a new level, providing operators with more time to engage with prospects meaningfully. The goal is to quickly connect clients with the right workspace and offer a personalized experience that showcases the unique value of each flexible workspace offering.

The collaboration between UltraSoftBIS and Orchestry represents a significant step forward in the automation of the sales process for flexible workspace operators, enhancing both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
